Bill Kinnard has over 30 years of experience in Business Training, HVAC Sales, Service Management, Sales Management and Customer Service. He has worked with companies both large and small and has a unique ability to connect with people. He is an individual with a real passion for teaching contractors to better understand their businesses and help their employees become superior performers.
Bill has been recognized for “Best Practices” by Carrier Corporation for technical and customer service training. He has conducted decades of business, financial, technical and customer service training. As a result of his unique style and professionalism, Bill was awarded the Richard Theoret Training Excellence Award.
He has spent years improving the industry by serving as Chairman of an ad-hoc advisory committee for Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay for the purpose of creating a two-year Associate Degree program in Heating and Cooling. Upon completion of the program development Bill was re-elected to serve as Chairman for another six years of the official, state-approved Associate Degree Program HVAC Advisory Committee for Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
Bill is president and owner of Grandy & Associates—an industry leader in business training— with a mission of teaching contractors how to run profitable businesses. Together he and Tom Grandy feature the Planning for Profit Workshop utilizing the Labor Pricing for a Profit software. Bill is certified both as a Behavioral and Motivational Analyst (CPBA) and TriMetrix Certified (CTRI). He coordinates Grandy & Associates Team Solutions products and services. Bill has presented programs to QSC, NAED, IMARK, PHCC, CLCA , plus distributors and manufacturers across the country. He is a panel member and expert with Contractor’s Sales and Marketing Insider.

Paul Amos

Paul Amos is a sales representative for Kasco Marine, Inc. After 14 years as the managing member of Amos Sales Associates, Ltd, a manufacturer’s rep firm, Paul took an employment position with Kasco. Paul’s career in containment and water features goes back to 1992 when he joined Gundle Lining Systems, Inc. Paul has sold, assisted in design and/or installed liners and aeration for residential ponds, golf course lakes, parks and recreation features, water treatment, waste water treatment, and more. Various industry experts have helped form the education concerning water gardens, water features, ponds and lakes including Gary Wittstock of Pond Sweep, Rolf and Anita Nelson of Nelson Water Gardens, Bob Robinson and Ken Rust of Kasco Marine, Mark Krupka of Ecological Labs, and Bill Johnson of Firestone Specialty Products. The education gained from these experts as well as managing a pond maintenance company for 3 years have provided a knowledge base to share with others interested in pursuing successful ventures in water quality improvement for ponds, lakes, basins and lagoons.

After leaving the marketing world for water features, Laura was able to combine her interests to develop successful marketing plans for their company. Fitz’s Fish Ponds
Brian Fitzsimmons built his first pond at age 13 in his parents backyard while they were away on vacation. In 2008 he started Fitz's Fish Ponds and has been growing the company ever since. Today we have a retail store and multiple crews building and servicing water features daily. He designs, builds, and services ponds, waterfalls and all other water features. His crew is experienced, educated and most importantly creative. He believes no two ponds or water features should be the same, and no idea is too farfetched.

Sean is the Eastern Regional Sales Manager for Atlantic Water Gardens. He has spent the last 25 years in the Pet and water feature industries. Fish Geek and water feature professional, Sean has managed one of the largest aquarium and pond stores in the Southeast while running his own pond maintenance company.
